Delivery

The delivery of the ordered products is made in any locality in the country. 

For orders less than 250 lei, a shipping fee of 19 lei is charged.

Delivery of products in the country is free for orders of at least 250 (VAT included).

We deliver by fast courier, using GLS or Urgent-Cargus services.

For certain products, the additional shipping fee can be specified on the product page.

The delivery term is 2 working days from the receipt of the order, but, in certain situations (product out of stock, product unavailable at the supplier, etc.), this term can be extended. This situation is communicated to the customer, who can confirm or cancel the order.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the first working day.

www.desenenisip.ro reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.

Please check the integrity of the parcels delivered by courier. For parcels with traces of impact, a report must be made by the courier at the time of delivery. In this case, please also check the integrity of the products in the package.

If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, our courier will return once more after managing to contact him, after which the order will be canceled and the product returned to the office, the customer following to bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered. Also, in the case of an order that could not be delivered due to the customer's fault (wrong address, wrong contact phone number, impossibility of accessing the building, etc.), the customer will bear the additional cost of 19 lei, regardless of the value of the order.

The receipt of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and correspond quantitatively and qualitatively with what was ordered and this is done at the time of signing the documents accompanying the package. The customer expresses his explicit agreement when signing the documents regarding the fact that he received the products that are in accordance with the order and his needs.

www.desenenisip.ro reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond its control, which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other force majeure impediments according to Romanian law.
